What is Prestige?
Once you stand at Rank C, the empire offers a choice: rest on your laurels, or reset to climb again. Those who choose the reset earn a Prestige, advancing the world into a new historical era and unlocking a fresh start.
Each prestige drops you back to Rank I, but your hard-won cosmetics, era badges, and achievements travel with you. The rewards grow ever grander — culminating in the Byzantine Ascendancy, the final era of the Roman legacy.

Climb to Rank C (100) before Ascending — the higher your final multiplier, the faster the next era unfolds.
Spend Before You Reset
Currency balances reset to starting amounts on prestige. Buy cosmetics and crate keys before you reset so nothing goes to waste.
Stockpile Contracts
Complete contracts in your final days at top rank to bank a burst of resources for the fresh climb.
Prestige During a Festival
Roman festivals (Saturnalia, Lupercalia, and more) grant temporary boosts. Timing a prestige to overlap a bonus makes the fresh climb smoother.
