The Rank Ladder
Climb the full 100-rank cursus honorum (Rank I to Rank C), with a mine for every rank. Beyond Rank C lie the prestige eras, a march through Roman history from the Early Republic onward. Every rung is earned through grind alone; money never advances your standing.
The rank ladder
The ladder runs from Rank I to Rank C — all 100 ranks are climbable today. Each rank costs Denarius (a published polynomial formula) and raises your global sell multiplier; the higher you climb, the faster you earn. Mines unlock rank-by-rank, one for every rank from Mine I to Mine C.

The first ten rungs, by the numbers
The numerical backbone of progression: the opening ranks (I–X), each unlock cost in Denarius, and the sell multiplier it grants. The ladder itself runs on to Rank C — all 100 ranks climbable today.

Eight prestige eras
Reach Rank C (100), then Ascend to climb again — through 8 prestige eras. Each prestige advances the world into a new historical era of Rome, and your earned cosmetics, pets, and era badges persist across every cycle as a permanent record of every empire you built.
The road beyond Rank C
The prestige ladder is a march through Roman history. Each of the 8 prestiges drops you into a new era, beginning with The Founders (Prestige I) and culminating in The Aurea Aeterna (Prestige VIII).
Prestige raises the stakes: richer mines, sharper enemies, and grander rewards. Your earned cosmetics, pets, and era badges persist across every cycle, a trophy case that grows with every empire you build and abandon.
Rome is born. Kings are overthrown, the Republic stands, and the first citizens carve their names into the city.
The Senate rules. Citizens, merchants and soldiers climb the cursus honorum as Rome takes shape.
The legions march. Carthage falls, Gaul burns, and Rome’s reach outgrows Italy.
Crossing the Rubicon ends the Republic. An emperor wears the laurel, and Rome rebuilds itself around one throne.
The golden age. Trade flourishes, the Colosseum rises, and the empire knows an unprecedented peace.
Plague, usurpers and invasion strain the empire. Only the determined hold their ground.
Rome reforges itself around absolute rule — ceremony, structure and steel.
The Golden Age eternal. Rome stands perfected — the era every legend is measured against.
