Do these perks give me an advantage over free players?
Some of them do, and the numbers are the honest way to see which: this tier grants a +15% sell bonus and +15% XP bonus, plus a −1% sell-tax discount. The exact values for every tier are published on the donor perk sheet — what you see there is exactly what the server grants. Read it before you buy.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your subscription page or settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep your perks until the end of the current billing period.
What does “Lifetime” mean?
Lifetime means the lifetime of the Romanica server, not your lifetime. One payment, no recurring charge, for as long as the server operates.
What happens if I get banned?
If your account is permanently banned for rule violations, you may lose access to all purchased items with no refund. See our Terms and Refund Policy.
How are payments processed?
All payments are processed by PayNow Services, Inc. as the merchant of record. PayNow handles taxes, chargebacks, and refunds. We never see your card or payment details.
